At Choic Frozen Chicken, we take pride in delivering high-quality halal frozen chicken products that meet international standards. Due to the nature of frozen food products, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

Returns

Because frozen poultry products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered and received. However, exceptions may be made in cases where products arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect due to our error.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Products received are damaged during transit

  • Incorrect products were delivered

  • Products do not meet agreed specifications at the time of delivery

All claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and must include supporting evidence such as photos, delivery documents, and order details.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies should be documented and reported promptly.

Refund Process

Once a claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and transaction method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Orders canceled after shipment has been dispatched

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be offered when replacement stock is available.
